Registration payment terms
Card payment is required to secure places

Cancellations 
Cancellations must be made by email to the conference address: iwgt@phproductionservices.co.uk

Refunds
Refunds are given as follows:
• Before midnight Tuesday 9 June 2026: 100% refund 
• From Wednesday 10 June – midnight Tuesday 4 August 2026: 50% refund
• From Wednesday 5 August onwards: no refund

Cancellation by the organiser
In the event that the IWGT Meeting 2026 is cancelled by the organiser, all registration and accommodation fees will be refunded in full. However, the IWGT will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred because of cancellation.

By attending the conference, your personal data will be used to manage your participation, including registration, ticketing, event updates, and catering needs (e.g., dietary requirements). It will also be used for health and safety purposes and to issue feedback, certificates, and follow-up communication after the event. All data is handled in compliance with data protection laws and used solely for conference-related purposes.

Summary

Passes for Steering Group Members and Working Group Members are free of charge and occur no costs. If you book one of these pass types in error your booking will be removed and we will invite you to re-register as a delegate.

Delegate passes are charged at £300 and payment is required by card on registration. If student accommodation is booked, card payment is required upon booking for this too. All fees paid can be cancelled and refunded as below:
Bookings before Tue 5 May 2026: 100% Refund
Bookings from Wed 6 May - Tue 11 Aug: 50% Refund
Bookings after Wed 12 Aug onwards: No refund
