Payment to be made either by card or Bank transfer
Cancellations can be requested up until 1700 on Friday 7 August by emailing: icem@phproductionservices.co.uk
 • Unpaid registrations will be removed prior to the meeting

Refunds will be issued as follows:
• Requested up to Tue 31 March: 100% Refund
• Requested from Wed 1 April - Fri 7 Aug: 50% Refund
• Requested on or after Sat 8 Aug: No refund 

Data Processing

By attending the conference, your personal data will be used to manage your participation, including registration, ticketing, event updates, and catering needs (e.g., dietary requirements). It will also be used for health and safety purposes and to issue feedback, certificates, and follow-up materials after the event. All data is handled in compliance with data protection laws and used solely for conference-related purposes.
