• Price includes delivery and return only
• For Technical Support to install and de-rig, a charge above of £300 +VAT applies (as per previous page)
• Hire Prices are based on the 3 days of the conference
• HDMI Cables will be provided for each screen
• Hire prices do not include power to your stand, which must be ordered separately. (See Sponsor Guide) 
• Payment must be received 7 days prior to the event
