Data Processing

By attending the conference, your personal data will be used to manage your participation, including registration, ticketing, event updates, and catering needs (e.g., dietary requirements). It will also be used for health and safety purposes and to issue feedback, certificates, and follow-up materials after the event. Payment for the meeting is by card. Please provide the address your card is registered to.

Diet

Pass Type

Invited Speaker: These subsidised pass types are for invited speakers at the meeting only. Please only register this pass type if you have been contacted by the ABN Office and invited to give a talk in the main programme. SIG speakers need to register as delegates.

Member passes: These rates are for active members of the ABN. If you select a member pass type, you will be asked for your membership number on the next page. Please note, this also applies to Allied Healthcare Professional passes.

Student pass: These rates are for medical undergraduates only.

Training Day ONLY (5 May) passes: If you wish to attend the training day ONLY, please select this pass type. This will ensure you are not charged.

If you incorrectly register as a member, your pass will be invalid and your booking will be either changed to a non member or removed. Please contact us before registering if you have any queries about the pass type you should book.

Days registered

Passes are for the full meeting, or for one day. Select the type of pass you need below.

Membership number

You are selecting a MEMBER pass type. Please confirm your ABN membership number below. If you are a new member and are awaiting your membership number, please enter 'TBC'.

Supervisor's details

Invited Speakers - special guidance
