Use the View Interactive Floor Plan button to see the current exhibition layout and which stands have already been snapped up. Availability is limited and demand is high.

Priority booking:
Projects supported by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) are being offered priority access to exhibition stands. These priority allocations must be taken up within one week of invitation and may be released to general booking after this period.

To book a stand, select Create New Booking to set up an account. If you already have an account, simply sign in below to view or manage your existing booking.

Please note: the Festival organisers reserve the right to amend or cancel any booking where necessary to ensure the best overall experience for exhibitors and attendees.
